Visitation Morning
Visitation Morning Schedule
Early Learners and Pre-K Students
- 7:45–9:30 AM | Early Learner and Pre-K Meet and Greets (these 15-minute time slots serve as Visitation Morning for those students).
- After Meet and Greets, parents can:
- Have your ID badge photo taken if you have not already done so (AWAC)
- Pick up ID badges and SchoolPass tags (AWAC)
- See other to-do items under "All Families" below
- 9 AM | New Kindergarten and First-Grade Student Orientation begins. Parents, please walk your new-to-Trinity Kindergarten and First-Grade children to their classroom and drop them off by this time.
- 9 AM | New Upper Elementary Division (UED, Grades Second - Sixth) Student Orientation begins. Parents, please walk your new-to-Trinity children who are in the Upper Elementary Division (UED, Grades Second - Sixth) into the Learning Commons by this time.
- After dropping off students, parents can:
- Have your ID badge photo taken if you have not already done so (AWAC)
- Pick up ID badges and SchoolPass tags (AWAC)
- Enjoy coffee with members of the admissions team (Community Room)
- See other to-do items under "All Families" below
- 9:45 AM: New-to-Trinity Upper Elementary (Grades 2–6) students will pick up their parents from the Community Room and take them to their classrooms.
- 9:55 AM: Parents of new-to-Trinity Kindergarten and First Grade students will join their children in their classrooms.
- 10 - 11 AM | Kindergartners - Sixth Graders and their parents, drop in and visit your child(ren)’s classrooms from 10 - 11 AM (Various Locations)
- During your classroom visits, pick up your carpool line name tags if you did not do so during summer camp (Eldest Child’s Classroom)
- Drop off medicine and check in about severe allergies (Breakout Room 1 in Learning Commons)
- Pick up SchoolPass tags, including additional ones ordered before August 8 (AWAC)
- Ask questions about Extended Programs (Multi-Purpose Room)
