Trinity, an elementary-only school serving children age three through Sixth Grade, uses an online application system called Ravenna to organize the entire admissions process. To get started, please create an account within Ravenna and follow the steps outlined below.
The Trinity admissions process is child-centered. It is our goal to know every applicant and his or her family personally. We understand that selecting the best school for your family is of the utmost importance. We are dedicated to working closely with you to ensure a smooth and informative admissions process. Admissions requirements vary by grade and are designed to assess a child’s readiness for Trinity.
If you have any questions about Ravenna, registering for an Open House, or our application process, please contact the Admissions team at 404-231-8118 or email@example.com.
Trinity School uses Ravenna Solutions for the entire admissions process. To begin your journey at Trinity, we invite you to create an account with Ravenna, which will include both a household profile and a student profile. If you already have an account in Ravenna--either for another child or from a previous admissions season--please edit your family and child profile to ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
Once you have created a family account and a student profile in Ravenna, go to the School Directory to search Atlanta Area schools for Trinity School. Then click the green “Explore” button for all children you are interested in applying to Trinity. After exploring, you will be able to see all application requirements, steps, and deadlines.
While not required for the admissions process, a visit to campus will give you a firsthand experience of the Trinity community.
Now that Open Houses have concluded, we invite you to experience Trinity School firsthand by meeting with the Admissions Office to share more about your family, ask specific questions about Trinity or our admission process, and make a follow-up visit to the grade level to which you are interested in applying. To schedule individual time with the Admissions Office, please call 404-231-8118. We look forward to meeting with you!
To submit an application, you will complete the Shared Applicant Information Form (used by many other schools on Ravenna in the Atlanta area), Trinity School’s unique Parent/Guardian Statements, and the appropriate Authorization Form(s) before paying the $75 application fee and submitting the application. All applications must be submitted by the application deadline; however, we will be able to better serve applicant families with scheduling observations and processing application requirements the earlier you submit the application.
In accordance with AAAIS Admissions Procedures and policies, and in collaboration with our peer schools, we offer an optional early notification for applicants to our Early Learner (three-year-olds) and Pre-K programs. Please contact our office to learn more.
Observation and assessment requirements vary by application grade. For details on these requirements, please see our application steps in Ravenna.
JATP testing(Kindergarten through Fifth Grade applicants) is scheduled by parents directly through the JATP website. JATP testing appointments begin in October.
Individual observations (Early Learners and Pre-K applicants) are scheduled through Ravenna. You can register for an individual observation after submitting your child's application. Individual observations are held on campus from late October through February.
Small group observations (Pre-K, Kindergarten, and First Grade applicants) are scheduled through Ravenna. You can register for a small group observation after submitting your child's application. Small group observations are held on campus in January and early February.
Trinity visits (Second through Fifth Grade applicants) are scheduled directly through the Admissions Office beginning in December. Your child's application must be submitted before his/her Trinity visit is scheduled. Visits occur in January and February.

After January 1, 2020, please submit the transcript request (First through Fifth Grade applicants) to the appropriate personnel in your current school office and delegate the Teacher Evaluation Form (all applicants) to your child’s current lead teacher by entering his or her name and email.
