TSPA Volunteer Form

Volunteers are needed for the following Trinity School Parents' Association committees and events. Please indicate your preferences by clicking the checkboxes below and submit by Friday, August 30. For your reference, committee and volunteer descriptions are listed below.

Work with the School Festival Chairs to help coordinate and plan the decorations, food, and entertainment for the annual School Festival. The biggest need is for volunteers to work shifts during the event!

Assist the Community Life and Engagement Chairs with the Celebration of Cultures event. One of the most enriching experiences on this day is when parents share their cultural traditions in our classrooms, greet students in traditional garb during morning carpool, or demonstrate their musical talents as students enter the building.

Assist with the seasonal planning and planting of the vegetables, flowers, and herbs in the Trinity Garden. Help promote and educate the community about sustainable initiatives at Trinity, including the Clean Air Campaign's No Idling Program and other school-wide efforts.

Assist Chairs in setting up and taking down decorations in the entrance areas of the School during the holiday season.

Assist in the Learning Commons approximately two hours a month and help with the Book Fair and the Used Book Sale.

Plan, organize, and assist with faculty and staff appreciation projects throughout the year.

Volunteers assist the Uniform Chairs in sorting and organizing gently used uniforms, staffing the uniform sales, and helping with checkout. Starting in the 2024-25 school year, sales will be held more frequently to better serve the community.
