Trinity School Named Top Workplace

For the eighth consecutive year, Trinity School has been named a Top Workplace. This year's recognition comes through Axios Atlanta, which has partnered with Energage, an employee engagement and workplace culture technology company, to recognize outstanding workplaces across metro Atlanta.

 

Of the 208 organizations recognized across all categories, Trinity ranked number six out of 59 organizations in the "Top Midsize Workplace" category, which includes employers with 150 to 499 employees.

 

The Top Workplaces award is distinctive because it comes directly from our faculty and staff. The recognition is based on an anonymous survey administered by Energage, giving Trinity employees an opportunity to share their perspectives about working at the School. It measures whether they feel respected and supported, have opportunities to grow, and are empowered to do their best work.

 

As Energage CEO Eric Rubino explains, “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees. That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they're allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

 

For the last eight years, faculty and staff have affirmed through this process that Trinity is a place where people feel respected, connected, and supported.

 

“As we celebrate Trinity's 75th anniversary this year, this recognition feels especially profound,” says Head of School Joe Marshall. “Since 1951, Trinity has been shaped by the people who have taught, learned, worked, and grown here, and our employees continue that legacy every day.

Creating a workplace where people can flourish takes ongoing effort, and the intentionality we put into our culture is reflected in the care our employees give to our students, families, and one another.
