  • EARLY ELEMENTARY DIVISION

    Chandler Carswell will join Team Trinity as the Early Elementary Music Teacher. Chandler brings more than eight years of experience designing and leading engaging music programs for preschool and early elementary students. For the last three years, he has served as the Music Teacher at The Preschool at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where he developed and taught music classes focused on singing, rhythm, movement, and early music literacy while creating a warm and structured classroom environment for young learners. Prior to that, Chandler taught music at Christ the King Preschool in Atlanta for five years, leading age-appropriate music instruction and supporting a wide range of learning styles and developmental needs. In addition to his classroom teaching experience, Chandler has worked with the Songs for Kids Foundation since 2022, providing adaptive music instruction for children with neurodivergence and physical limitations, and has operated an in-home music teaching service for children and adolescents since 2018. Chandler holds a Bachelor of Music in Classical Guitar Performance with a minor in Music Education from Columbus State University.
     
     
    Lauren Emily Genthner will join Team Trinity as a Kindergarten Senior Associate Teacher and will work alongside Lead Teachers Andrea Barnett, Melissa Johnson, Julia Lee, and Abbey Moore. Lauren Emily brings 15 years of experience teaching young learners in both public and private school settings. She most recently served as a Pre-K STEM Teacher at The Preschool at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, where she planned developmentally appropriate lessons that promote social-emotional and cognitive growth, led the school’s after-school KinderReadiness program, and supported families through the private school application process. Previously, Lauren Emily spent 11 years at Sarah Smith Elementary School in Atlanta, first as a Kindergarten Teacher, then a First Grade Teacher, and lastly as a Kindergarten and First Grade Dual Language Immersion Teacher. During her time there, she collaborated closely with families and colleagues, implemented literacy and phonics programs including Fundations, and supported community outreach initiatives. Lauren Emily began her teaching career as a Kindergarten Teacher at Collins Elementary School in Riverview, Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Auburn University and also has an ESOL Endorsement through the State of Georgia.
     
     
    Catherine Long will join Team Trinity as the Assistant to the Early Elementary Division Head. Catherine is the parent of two Trinity alumni and brings extensive experience in executive and administrative support, legal operations, and client relations. Most recently, she has served as a Legal Assistant with several Atlanta law firms, including Stone Kalfus; Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial; Chamberlain, Hrdlicka, White, Williams & Autry; Hall Benefits Law, Drew, Eckl & Farnham; and King & Spalding, where she managed complex scheduling, communications, document organization, event coordination, billing, and office operations in fast-paced environments. Earlier in her career, Catherine held management roles at Talbots and Rich’s. In addition to her professional experience, she spent many years actively volunteering and serving in leadership roles within school, church, and community organizations while raising her children. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hollins University and a Paralegal Certification from the National Center for Paralegal Training.


    Samara Lumpkin will transition to the newly added role of Pre-K Learning Team Specialist that will also serve Kindergarten and First-Grade students as needed. Samara joined Team Trinity in 2022 as a Third Grade Lead Teacher before moving to a Kindergarten Senior Associate Teacher position in 2024. Throughout her time at Trinity, she has worked closely with students across a range of learning needs, using data-driven instruction to develop targeted remediation groups focused on phonemic awareness, phonics, reading comprehension, and foundational literacy skills. She has extensive experience supporting differentiated instruction in literacy, math, and social studies, facilitating small-group learning, and helping build confident readers through targeted intervention and book clubs. Prior to Trinity, Samara worked at Mount Vernon School, first as a Kindergarten Collaborative Teacher, then as a First Grade Teacher. She previously served as a preschool teacher at The Little Nook in Atlanta. Samara has a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education with a focus on Gifted Education from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University. Additionally, she is a certified Associate member of the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators.
     
     
    Amber Rodgers, a Licensed Master Social Worker, will join Team Trinity as the Early Elementary Counselor. Amber most recently served as a Play Therapist at Peachtree Creative Counseling, where she provided individual play therapy services for children aged three and up using trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions. Prior to that, she completed social work internships with the Cobb County School System and Kennesaw State University Care Pantry, where she provided individual and group counseling, supported students’ social and emotional development, collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, and connected families with community resources. Amber began her career working as an Early Childhood Assistant at Springmont Montessori School, where she supported classroom learning and built strong relationships with young children. She holds a Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Jacksonville State University.

  • UPPER ELEMENTARY DIVISION

    Na’Tori Davis will join Team Trinity as a Second Grade Lead Teacher and will work alongside Associate Teacher Rosalyn McLean. Na’Tori most recently served as a Special Education Co-Teacher for K–3 at Movement School, where she partnered with classroom teachers to create inclusive learning environments and support diverse learners through differentiated instruction and behavioral supports. Prior to that, she worked at Ethos Classical Charter School, first as a Second Grade Associate Teacher, then as a Lead Second Grade Teacher, and lastly as a Special Education Teacher serving students in grades 3–5. Throughout her teaching experience, Na’Tori has focused on data-driven instruction, scaffolded learning support, and creating positive classroom environments that promote both academic and social-emotional growth. Na’Tori holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University. She also completed Comprehensive Orton-Gillingham Training through the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education and is currently pursuing an Education Specialist degree in Teaching and Learning at Georgia Southern University.
     
     
    Jason Hammett will join Team Trinity full time as a Fifth Grade Associate Teacher and will work alongside Lead Teachers Melissa Goodell and Sammy Rigaud. Jason most recently served as a long-term substitute Fifth Grade Associate Teacher at Trinity after spending the past two years substituting for all Upper Elementary grade levels at the School. He has 25 years of teaching experience, spanning gifted, on-level, Advanced Placement, and at-risk student populations. Jason spent a decade with the Cobb County School District, teaching a wide range of high school social studies courses, including AP Human Geography, Honors Economics, Government, and World History. Earlier in his career, he taught social studies at Woodward Academy, as well as at Chattahoochee High School and the Cobb Performance Learning Center, where he was recognized as a Teacher of the Year. Jason holds a Master of Education from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Social Science Education from the State University of West Georgia.
     
     
    Kari Prabhakar will join Team Trinity as the School’s Registrar and Assistant to the Upper Elementary Division Head. Kari brings extensive experience in administrative and program support within education and family-facing environments. Most recently, she served in instruction, program coordination, and operations for iCode Tri-Cities in Tennessee, where she managed schedules, maintained student records and enrollment documentation, coordinated parent communications, and supported daily program logistics across multiple sites. Throughout her career, Kari has also held administrative support positions with organizations including Johnson & Johnson Vision, Caterpillar, CSX, and MacTech Engineering, where she specialized in documentation management, office coordination, and data systems. Currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Eastern University, Kari holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Eastern University and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from East Tennessee State University.
     
     
    Steven Valentine will transition into a Fourth Grade Associate Teacher role and will work alongside Lead Teacher Marcia Twiggs. Steven joined Team Trinity in August 2024 as the Media Specialist, where he co-taught interdisciplinary, project-based learning experiences for students in grades 2–6 alongside the STEAM teacher. Additionally, Steven collaborated with classroom teachers to integrate technology and media literacy across the curriculum and helped maintain and develop the school’s library and media resources. Prior to Trinity, he worked with the Cobb County Public Library System, where he created innovative library programming and supported daily operations as a library assistant. TEFL/TESOL-certified, Steven also taught English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) in Douglas County Schools and taught English to students in grades 4–6 at Coral Springs Bilingual School in Villanueva, Honduras. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication from Mercer University.
