Afternoon Enrichment & Extended Day Classes
Trinity School offers after school care for children ages three through the 6th grade. This Afternoon Enrichment program (AE) runs from 11:45 AM to 6 PM. The program is licensed and inspected by Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.
AE begins on the first day of school and follows the school calendar. Please visit the Fees page for detailed information on pricing.
In addition to the Afternoon Enrichment offerings, Trinity provides Extended Day: Special Program Classes for students of all ages at an additional fee. Please visit the Extended Day: Special Program Classes page for more information.

Schedule Changes for Children If changes are needed, they can be made at the beginning of each month. Fees will be adjusted accordingly. Please notify the Extended Day office in writing or via explaining the change. |
| Extra Hours/Days for Children Registered for Afternoon Enrichment Only Only children registered in AE may “drop-in” on other days and only if space permits at the cost of $8 per hour. Call the Extended Day office (404-231-8117) to check on availability. When your child is “dropping in” you must send a written note to the teacher including first and last name, date, time of departure and carpool number. Ask the classroom teacher to give the note to the AE staff. You will be billed for the extra hours. A $3.00 lunch fee will be assessed if your child drops in during Lunch Bunch. |
| Late Pick Up Fee Afternoon Enrichment closes at 6 PM. A $15 late fee per child will be charged for students picked up between 6:01 - 6:10 PM. After 6:10, the late fee is $2 per minute. This fee is due when your child is picked up. |
| Behavioral Expectations Afternoon Enrichment follows the behavior and discipline policies outlined in the Trinity Handbook and Directory. Repeated inappropriate behavior may result in suspension from the program. |
