Parents' Council
The Trinity School Parents’ Council is comprised of the Officers of the Trinity School Parents’ Association (TSPA), Grade Level Representatives, and the Trinity Representatives to the North Atlanta Parents’ Council. The Head of School also attends the Council meetings. The purpose of the Council is to manage the business and property of the TSPA. The Council holds four evening meetings during the school year.
| The officers of the TSPA and their duties are as follows: |

| TSPA President: Presides at the TSPA meetings; presides at the Council meetings; ex-officio member of all TSPA committees. |
| TSPA President-Elect: Gives overall assistance to the President in preparation for the following year; oversees and assists with Grade Level Representatives’ responsibilities. |
| School Activities Committee - SAC Chair: Provides support and assistance to the Administration and faculty; identifies and develops resources to enhance and enrich the lives and learning of the students; oversees the SAC Committee Event Chairs and Room Mothers; and attends TSPA and Council meetings. |
| Spotlight on Art Chair: Plans and oversees the Trinity Art Auction, which is the primary TSPA fund-raising activity. |
| Secretary: Keeps minutes and records of Council meetings; communicates proceedings when necessary. |
| Treasurer: Maintains the TSPA treasury. |
| Other members of the Council and their duties include: |
| Grade Level Representatives: A representative from each grade acts as the link between the School, the Board and the parents in the grade. Grade Level Representatives meet monthly with the school Administration to discuss parents’ ideas and concerns. They are also responsible for hosting monthly breakfasts for the teachers and staff to celebrate the birthdays that fall in each month. Grade Level Representatives coordinate volunteers to unload the cars at morning carpool during these breakfasts. |
| North Atlanta Parents’ Council Representatives: Act as the Trinity representatives to an alliance of parents from nearby independent schools. |
