Overview
Trinity School has a long history of parental support in the education of its children.
An active partnership between the school and parents is encouraged through the Trinity School Parents’ Association (TSPA) and School Activities Committee (SAC). Parents enjoy coordinating many of the school-wide activities such as the annual Trinity School picnic, the holiday service project, teacher appreciation projects, Dad’s Day, and the Disability Awareness Expo. And, room mothers are the key to the success of numerous activities in each classroom. Other parents work on fundraiser's such as the Art Auction (Spotlight on Art), gift wrap sale, and the school’s “Partners” efforts. Their very successful fundraising activities enrich the School’s strong program and continue to expand its resources.
Each spring a self-nominating form is sent to all families, giving parents the opportunity to sign up for leadership positions. During the summer, parents are sent information to sign up to serve on committees for the upcoming school year. There are also numerous ways to help in the individual classrooms during the year. Working on committees and in the classrooms are great ways for parents to become involved in the school and to make a difference in the lives of all Trinity children.
