Faculty and Staff
The Administrative Leadership Team is made up of the Head of School, the Upper Learning Department (ULD) Coordinator, the Early Learning Department (ELD) Coordinator, the Curriculum Coordinator, and the Business Manager. The team works together to ensure a strong curriculum and to meet the learning needs of each child.
was appointed Head of School in July, 2002. Mr. Kennedy served as Headmaster of All Saints Episcopal School in Beaumont, TX, before coming to Trinity. A child-centered educator, he has a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education as well as a master’s in English from the University of Tulsa. His undergraduate degree from the same institution is in Psychology and Philosophy.
, the Upper Learning Department (ULD) Coordinator, joined Trinity in 1999. Before joining Trinity School, Dr. Kytle was the Director of Admission and the Director of Studies at Trinity Episcopal School, a Pre-Kindergarten––8th grade school in New Orleans, LA. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Ed. in educational leadership as well as a master's degree in marketing. Prior experience includes teaching children in an early childhood/elementary school, middle school, and high school setting. Her areas of expertise include school culture and governance, curriculum, and educational placement.
, Early Learning Department (ELD) Coordinator, joined Trinity in 2007. Mrs. Pile worked at Montgomery School in Chester Spring, PA as the Lower School Head for the past three years. Prior to this experience, she spent seventeen years at Laurel School in Shaker Heights, OH where where she held administrative positions for fifteen years, the last six as Lower School Director. Mrs. Pile holds a bachelor’s degree from Wheaton College and a master’s degree from Ursuline College.
, Curriculum Coordinator and Placement Counselor, has been associated with Trinity School since 1991. Prior to her current position, she taught fifth and sixth grades at the School. Mrs. Berry holds a master's degree in elementary education with a specialty in curriculum and instruction.
, Business Manager, joined Trinity School as its Business Manager in 1997. Her previous experience includes 3 ½ years as Controller at the High Museum of Art and several years as a CPA in public accounting.
